I am a great fan of beef and chicken. And I love vegetables, I am a bit leery, though of eating food from other countries because I am not quite sure their way of cooking is the same as mine. (sanitary, etc etc)

I am just not sure if I would like the potato salad with cinnamon in it. It just don't sound good to me. But I would try it I might be surprised.

I am thinking that maybe the cinnimmon brings out the flaver more of the dish? I have never heard of using it in potato salad either but I am game to try it. I understand what you mean about the sanitary conditions though. I would first look and make sure that the place seems clean overall. Hopefully you can get some clue from that as to how their kitchen might look?

Yes, I guess you are right. I believe it is just the paranoia in me especially with all of the food and other recalls this year. Makes you wonder, hmmmm
