My husband is going to get me a subscription to this magazine since we are seriously thinking about going in a couple of years. They do have an online version but it is a scaled down version of the magazine. I thought I would let anyone on here know that might be planning a trip to Africa about the magaziine. Between this forum and the magazine I should be able to figure out exactly what I want to see and do when we go.

The magazine sounds interesting. About how much does it cost for a subscription, and is the online version completely free of charge?
I like to get magazines for just about anywhere. Right now I have been ordering the free travel guides and travel magazines that you see advertised on tv, just for ideas. I get free guides and books from AAA too.

Since hubby got the subscription for me I believe he said it was 25.00 for a year but you get 2 extra magazines a year. I was looking over the online site for it and you really get some good stuff just from the online version.

I really don't think 25 dollars a year si a bad price. I enjoy looking at travel magazines. They are really very informative.

I usually like to buy a travel magazine every once in awhile. I like to look at them and dream. But this one I really want because this is one vacation that is looking like it will finally happen.

I will have to look into this, I like to get travel magazines as well. And like the other poster said, 25.00 is not that bad of a price, thanks for the heads up.

No problem from what I can see it looks like it would be a great magazine if you are planning a trip to Afriica. Cannot wait to get my first one.

I used to have a place where you could order free magazines. I think I took it out of my favorites though. I will see if I can find it and let you know the site. There is one though, I do know that. I love to get magazines in the mail.

I am interested in this as well. I know of some places that offer free magazines, but none of them are travel related.
