Uganda? Is It Safe?

I was just wondering if anyone has ever been to Uganda? And if so is it a safe place to visit? For some reason I remember it not being all that safe for the average tourist.

Good question. I have always had the idea that it was not a safe place for a vacation. But I have too say that is just my opinion. I really don't know for sure.

I thought so too but I just cannot seem to remember what was going on or how long ago it was that something was going on. I am going to see what I can find out. I will let you know if I find anything.

I have always thought of Uganda as a very unsafe place for tourists. And honestly have no desire to go there based on that alone.

I looked it up and from what I am seeing there has been a lot of tribal warfare and in turn alot of atrocities commited againest each other. I just think this place I would pass on until a better time to visit.
