Egypt tour HELP

I booked and was charged for a trip weeks ago.  I have NOT yet received confirmation and my plane flies out this Sunday!!   

I keep hearing that their working on it and that this is a busy time of year.  My understanding is this is NOT a busy time of year reflected by the much lower rates for the tours.

I'm getting very nervous with my flight sechduled for this Sunday and no confirmation!!!

Is there anyone who can expedite my booking!!

I had a chat with Rachel who is handling your file and it seems there were issues that cropped up with the booking which she has worked on to rectify. Unlike previous years,Eid festivities were happening on the same day of your travel dates making it extremely hard to get confirmations anywhere from the nile cruise to Zoser hotel.
