I would love to learn to scuba dive. But did not know that it would cost that much to learn. But I guess it would be worth it. It is something that you don't get to go everyday.

I don't know why but I just thought being a National Park that it would be free. Is that they price I am guessing to camp? What if you are just spending a few hours do they charge still? Just curious.

Hmmm.... well, I don't know the answer to this... but I can't really imagine anyone
going to Tanzania to see Kilamanjaro and then not getting use out of the 24 hour
park pass.  I would guess that people actually wanting to camp there might have
another kind of admission, but not 100% certain.

Wow that is a bit of money just to get entrance to the park. It would cost my family close to 200.00 USD just to see this park.

The price was raised pretty much just recently.  Yes, it's very high... you'd think they'd at least
make it per vehicle like some of our US national parks do and not per person.  Then again, we
always pay about the same price to get into Disney for a day, or EPCOT, so with a once-in-a-
lifetime (probably) thing like seeing or climbing part of Kilamanjaro, I don't think I'd mind the
cost too much.

Well for sure I would check things out first. I would want to be prepared , and make sure that it is safe.

Yes, I really wouldn't want to come nose to nose with some of that Tanzanian wildlife
in the middle of the night... Uh, or in the middle of the day for that matter either!   Smiley

I just noticed that Kilimanjaro isn't even the most expensive park...  Mahale is more
expensive and is $80 for 24 hours.  But they really are magnificent.... one of them
even offers a canoe safari.

That sounds really nice If you get a canooe ride included in the price I guess I would consider paying that price. It wouldn't br much worse then paying to go to a amusement park around here.

Yes... I think that seeing the safari animals from the water would be really cool.  I'd probably
feel a little safer, too, when it somes to some of the "wilder" varieties of wildlife.   Smiley

I am sure it is not free. There is not to much that is free nowadays. But I am sure it would be worth the price. It is not somthing you would do everyday.

Wow. I am not sure I could swing that price for the adults. That is a lot of money. Are most of the attractions costing in the same range as this one?
